This new minimally invasive outpatient procedure quickly and effectively rejuvenates the face and neck by lifting sagging skin and diminishing the appearance of wrinkles. Endotine facial cosmetic procedures are based on a revolutionary technology that produces natural results and reduced recovery time.

How does an Endotine fix drooping skin and wrinkles?

The treatment involves placing thin, flexible strips beneath the skin that lifts sagging skin and diminishes the appearance of wrinkles. Endotine’s unique design provides multiple points of contact with the suspended tissue, distributing tension over a wide area to maximize fixation strength with predictable results.

Am I a suitable candidate for an Endotine procedure?

The aging process can affect people differently depending on genetics and lifestyle but most people aged 40 or over will usually experience some signs of aging such as drooping skin, a drooping forehead, sagging eyebrows and aging around the eyes. Those signs suggest that it’s time for an Endotine procedure.

Endotine Benefits include:

  • No need for removal, since the device dissolves naturally over time, and is absorbed into the body.
  • No large, visible incisions like a conventional facelift
  • A powerful rejuvenation effect that looks natural, not fake.
  • Faster post-operative recovery, less pain, and less swelling.

Endotine Facial Procedures

Endotine implants can be used in several facial procedures including lower-face (neck) lifts, midface (cheek) lifts and brow lifts. They also suspend and anchor lifted soft tissue for a more youthful appearance.

Neck (Ribbon) Lift

An Endotine Ribbon is inserted into a small incision near the ear, allowing our surgeon to lift excess neck skin into its youthful position. The procedure can be a standalone, less invasive treatment requiring an hour or so, or part of a more conventional facelift strategy taking just a few hours. After the procedure, you’ll experience temporary bruising and swelling, which is normal.  Our doctor may ask you to wear a soft elastic garment to help minimize lower-face swelling.

Brow (Forehead) Lift

A brow lift, also called a forehead lift, surgically corrects drooping eyebrows

and softens worried or angry expressions resulting from frown lines.  The result is a more youthful, relaxed and refreshed appearance. An Endotine Forehead brow lift can provide years of rejuvenation value. Unlike noninvasive treatments such as injections that must be repeated two to three times per year, an endoscopic brow lift lasts for many years.

Cheek (Midface) Lift

The midface is the area between the lower eyelids and mouth. A midface lift procedure restores the natural curves and fullness in the cheeks by a lift in the soft tissues back to where they were in more youthful times. This procedure restores cheek volume and establishes more youthful midface contours. The result is a natural, revitalized appearance that doesn’t appear overdone or “pulled.” A midface lift will deliver a natural but noticeable improvement.

How long after the procedure can a patient fly on an airplane?

A patient could fly within 3-7 days but for a better recovery, they are advised to wait a little longer. Our doctor will want to see the patient 3-4 days after the procedure and if any stitches or staples were used, they would be another appointment to remove them a week to 10 days later.
