Breast augmentation Thailand sometimes referred to as a "boob job", involves using breast implants or fat transfer to increase the size of the breasts. The procedure can be performed to restore breast volume lost after weight reduction or pregnancy, achieve a more rounded breast shape or improve natural breast size asymmetry. Do you ever feel that the size of your breasts is disproportionate to your body or that the sagging brought on by aging or childbirth has left you looking less attractive and feeling less confident in your own body? Now you can get your desired breast shape and size.

Breast augmentation Thailand can:

  • Increase fullness and projection of your breasts
  • Improve the balance of breast contours
  • Enhance your self-image and self-confidence
It may also be used for breast reconstruction after mastectomy or injury.

What is Breast Augmentation Surgery?

Breast augmentation increases the fullness, size, and/or projection of a woman’s breasts. To achieve this, implants filled with either silicone gel or saline are implanted either under the breast tissue or under the pectoral muscle. There are many choices involved with breast augmentation, everything from the incision location to the implant type. However, rest assured that our seasoned team of highly skilled physicians at Apex Medical Center will walk you through the decision-making process and help you select an implant and operative procedure that will effectively meet your expectations. They will ensure that you are fully informed and certain about any choices before you proceed with any procedure.

More about Patient Choices and Operative Techniques

Don’t worry, we know it’s confusing that’s why out doctors will discuss in detail the several choices you may have to make about your breast augmentation.  Our surgeon will discuss all of your options with you, and a large part of the initial consultation will be focused on describing the implants, answering your questions, and helping you determine which size and type of implant is the best option for your needs. We even have Virtual Reality 3D and 4D imaging, but more about that later.  Basically, the pre-operative decisions can be divided into: Type of breast augmentation Thailand

Silicone Breast Implant Placement

  • Subglandular placement refers to when breast implants are placed between the breast tissue and the pectoral muscle.
  • Submuscular placement is when implants are placed beneath both the tissue and the pectoral muscle.
Breast Augmentation Thailand   Subglandular recovery time tends to be shorter and more comfortable when the implant is placed over the muscle and below the breast tissue. You may also notice a slightly more lifted look. Submuscular placement means the breast tissue and muscle can act as a sort of bra to help support the implant when placed beneath the muscle.  Subcuticular Suture
  • Around nipple (Periareolar) incision
  • In breast fold (Inframmary) incision
  • Underarm (Transaxillary) incision
